Our tray denesting units are designed to eliminate contact between line personnel and the trays and doesn’t require any contact to the inside of the tray.  In addition, one of the biggest benefits of our denesters is the level of cleanliness you and your customers will both appreciate. Since all of our tray denesters are constructed of grade 304 stainless steel, they are suited for placement in harsh wash-down environments.

Some of the other benefits and features of our tray handling equipment include:

  • Full integration into your existing packing line
  • Can function as a standalone unit
  • Can be purchased along with a complete system
  • Increased throughput
  • Lower operating costs
  • Allen-Bradley controls

Model 125 Tray Denester

Our Model 125 Tray Denester accepts consumer trays in a vertical stack and dispenses a single tray upon command from integrated equipment. This model utilizes rotating shafts to singularly separate trays from the vertical stack.  This unit is customizable for your specific application and can be directly integrated into your existing conveyor system with little to no modifications required. This unit can be sold stand-alone with mounting provisions to mount on your existing conveyor; a stainless steel moveable stand; or most often is integrated with our Model 238 Tray Feeder to provide a complete tray dispensing system with tray inventory.

Model 125 Screw Denester

Our Model 125 Screw Denester accepts consumer trays/tubs in a vertical stack and dispenses a single tray upon command from integrated equipment.  This unit utilizes four (4) progressive lead screws to separate the trays one at a time from the vertical stack.  Driven by a single AC motor, this screw technology will separate the single trays, support the remaining stack, and keep them staged for the next tray distribution.  This unit can be sold stand-alone with mounting provisions to mount on your existing conveyor; a stainless steel moveable stand; or most often is integrated with our Model 238 Tray Feeder to provide a complete tray dispensing system with tray inventory.

Model 112 Vacuum Assisted Tray Denester

Our Model 112 Vacuum Assisted Tray Denester accepts consumer trays in a vertical stack and dispenses a single tray upon command from integrated equipment.  This model utilizes rotating shafts to singularly separate trays from the vertical stack.  The difference between this unit and our standard Model 125 Tray Denester unit is this unit utilizes vacuum assist when denesting each tray.  This unit does not mount over the conveyor or have the need for a moveable stand as it includes a stainless steel cabinet which stores its vacuum assisted drive system.  This unit can be sold stand-alone or most often is integrated with our Model 238 Tray Feeder to provide a complete tray dispensing system with tray inventory.

Vacuum Reciprocating Tray Denester

This denester system can accept consumer trays in either a single vertical stack or multiple vertical stacks while able to dispense a single tray from each stack upon command from the integrated system. As the name suggests, the Vacuum Reciprocating Tray Denester uses vacuum cups to separate trays from the stack(s) and place them into equipment carriers or desired locations. This system tends to be chosen for unique trays for production and packaging companies that require a unique type of tray.

Model 238 Tray Feeder

This system provides ample tray inventory for the tray denester and can integrate seamlessly with both Model 125 and 112 Tray Denesting units. Our Model 238 Tray Feeder provides tray inventory support to supply tray denesters with vertical tray stacks. As a tray is dispensed, the feeder equipment replenishes vertical stacks to the denester chamber. Additionally, this system can handle multiple tray stacks and the integrated denesting and feeder equipment can communicate the need or call for additional trays providing streamlined options for companies and industries of all sizes.
