Model 357HS Automatic Tray Padding System
The Model-357HS Tray Padding unit automatically pads and bottom labels trays at speeds up to 350 units per minute. The Model-357HS can be configured to process either foam, plastic or "clam shell" trays and supports all styles of padding material on roll stock. The Model-357HS features an advanced electronics system with servo driven motion control system and touch screen operator interface. Standard features include integrated Model 125 Tray Dispenser, re-nesting table and Nordson hot melt glue system. Numerous optional features are available, including bottom labeler and automated tray loading.
